- Provide an initial estimate or range based on the preliminary discussion.

Concept and Proposal

- Develop a detailed project proposal, including a concept design, scope of work, timeline, and cost estimate.

- Present the proposal to the client, addressing any questions or modifications.

Contract Agreement

- Upon mutual agreement, draft and finalize a comprehensive contract outlining the project details, terms, and conditions.

- Ensure clarity on payment milestones, including the 50% payment due upon project completion.

Design Approval and Planning

- Obtain client approval on the final design and project plan.

- Initiate the procurement of materials and coordinate scheduling of the project.

Project Execution

- Begin the remodeling process according to the agreed-upon timeline.

- Provide regular updates to the client on the project's progress and address any unforeseen issues promptly.

Quality Assurance

- Conduct quality checks throughout the remodeling process to ensure craftsmanship meets high standards.

- Seek client feedback and address any concerns promptly.

Final Walkthrough

- Conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure their satisfaction with the completed project.

- Address any final touch-ups or adjustments as needed.

Invoice and Payment Request

- Submit the final invoice to the client, clearly indicating the 50% payment due upon project completion.

- Provide any necessary documentation, such as warranties or care instructions.

Payment Confirmation

- Receive confirmation from the client that they are satisfied with the completed project.

- Collect the 50% payment in cash upon delivery of the finished project.

Project Closure

- Provide the client with any relevant project documentation, warranties, and maintenance instructions.

- Express gratitude for their business and inquire about the possibility of future projects or referrals.
